Jayco 264BH Michiana Mattress with Serta Cover 1/12/2021

Wont even give one star. Total POS. Jayco advertises a Serta Queen. I have contacted Serta customer service and Serta said that is not a Serta mattress and should not be sold as one. I have asked to be put in contact with Serta legal department. I have also ask Jayco customer service to provided proof that Michiana Mattress is in fact a legal Serta branded product. Let the games begin. more

Laid on it for 3 minutes and ordered a Brooklyn Bed mattress. 700 but I'm planning on sleeping in there, not a chair! more

Brand New 8/9/2020

Just bought a brand new 2021 Rockwood Mini Light. Took plastic off only to find the seam separation about 14 inches long. Never slept on. Says a lot about their quality control, and inspection process. more

Garbage 7/6/2020

Permanent indent 1/3 of the thickness of the mattress after about 20 uses. If they want to save money on trailer they should sell it without a mattress and make the mattress an option. more

5 nights, in the trash. 8/20/2019

2019 Keystone Hideout, slept 5 nights, opened it up and found pressed cloth and paper fibers. Tore it with bare hands. Bought an Amazon foam mattress. Could not even burn it in the campfire. more

Bought brand new 2020 montana high country late may 2019 after 3 nights the michiana mattress was flat to the plywood on both sides paid a lot of money for this unit which was advertised to have a quality mattress instead we got crap more

Paid $100,000 for our fifth wheel. The first mattress started leaking so they replaced it now just 5 months later this mattress is leaking! NOW what! It is disgusting!!! Plus ruining the board under the mattress too more

Bought a 2019 outback 324CG 2 months ago and it came with Michiana mattress. It has already broke down and it horrible. We wake up sore every morning. Now trying to find a good mattress so we can throw this one in the trash. more

We bought a 2018 Sandpiper and this mattress came in it, it is horrendous!!! We both hurt in it non stop. We sink right into the middle... haven't had money to replace it, very disappointing?? more

It blows me away that you pay 30K plus for an Rv to make camping better and they cannot just make a decent mattress. This mattress is unusable. I cannot imagine how it could be made worse. It would be better to not include a mattress and let people buy what they would like. more

Unbelievable 9/22/2018

Absolutely the worst mattress I have ever been on. Came with my new Highland Ridge 5th Wheel, It's like it's made of stacked rags, even with a 4 inch latex foam pad which helped out quite well but now there is a sag in the center of the king size mattress after months use. I'd be ashamed if I were involved in the production of such a thing. more

Lunar Craters in our Bedroom? 8/17/2018

Same as the others, RV salesman said it was a high quality mattress. Of course he would!!! After suffering for 2 years and having hyper extended knee caps due to the craters in the 7” foam with the 1” softer pillow top (?) foam layer on top, we are filling up the landfill site with this piece of junk. Unfortunately, this is an RV King size mattress so not a 76”x80” (which is standard king), but rather a 72”x80” so had to have a custom made innerspring mattress made for us. ... mattress company were more than willing to make us the custom size. Best decision ever. Slept for 11 hours straight, something that hasn’t happened ever since buying the RV. Stay away from this company if this is what they call, a luxury mattress! more

No stars! 3/26/2018

We recently purchased a 2018 Forest River Cardinal,and it came with a Michiana mattress. Two craters developed after sleeping on it less than a week! Purchased a new mattress from a local furniture store. Still waiting for confirmation of reimbursement. The mattress was billed as premium, innerspring. We wouldn't accept a replacement from the dealer for fear of receiving the same inferior product. more

Horrible horrible mattress 9/8/2017

Just bought our RV in April. This is the worse mattress I ever slept on in all the RVs I've owned. Had to replace I was tired of sleeping in a hole. Michuana needs to go out of business!!! No mattress would have been better and buy your own. Not even worth 1 star more

Better off laying on a sleeping bag 9/1/2017

OMG we would be better off just laying on sleeping bags. I can't believe we paid for a high end RV to have crap like this mattress in it. And we was almost dumb enough to get another one due to it being cut across one side. A RV salesman said flip it over and if it fits go down and get the mattress that fits your needs. Well we have a new mattress and not one of these junk piles. more

Absolute Junk 7/22/2017

This mattress was in my Keystone Laredo 330RL trailer. After using it for about 15 nights I was sinking to the plywood below and was waking up with a very sore back. Replaced the mattress today wth a real mattress and saying good riddance to this piece of crap. more
