Review content:
My wife and I are former patients who left because of the habitual rudeness of some of the staff. Totally unacceptable behavior for medical personnel. Expect arguments from and with the staff if anything goes wrong. Turnaround time on prescription refills is also unacceptable. Dr. Burns herself is the only bright spot, unfortunately her staff is driving away existing patients. We changed to Harvard Med in Fuquay and are happy there.
Pros: Dr. Burns is good
