SPM is the definition of slumlords. I rented an apartment and only lived there a month because of multiple problems. I've had several apartments before and this was completely different. They broke landlord-tenant law multiple times. Their tenants are people like me who were new to the area and didn't know better or criminals with bad credit. There was excessive noise they refused to do anything about, they assigned me a carport that had been assigned to someone else who ended up getting in multiple altercations with me over it, (some deadbeat criminal), also broken locks and leaking showers they wouldn't fix. Their staff will act like they care until you sign on the dotted line. Chuck Sellers is extremely greedy and a disgrace to Peoria.
