I just tried to call Chuck, asked him directly for his business plan/moto. he replied I'm in the business of renting houses... I'm big on word smiting (I can't ye or spell, but spoken word I'm a master) And he said renting houses, not meeting needs, or taking care of his tenets. That's the first thing that set me off.
After that I then started to read the reviews online and I couldn't be more distressed by them. I then said does he have any reason what so many people have dislike his service. He laughed and said ""I'm not going to defend myself"" Taken aback, I simply asked again, ""well I'd really like to know who I'm renting from, can you tell me about your business and how I can expect things to be done"" he then hung up the phone. HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I called back and informed him I would not be renting from him and wished him a good day!
JERK HUNG UP ON ME, for asking how things work with is tenets.... um I hope no one find s this ok! Please don't rent from this man!
Shae Property Management, and Chuck Sellars is a scam of a company! The END!!!
