Review content:
I have rented many times before running into Chuck and had a few problems but none like I have had here! There are bugs mold, and water leakage everywhere! This man and his properties are worthless and infested with problems. I have great nieghbors who experince the same problems and nothing gets done. Nothing like a man who takes atvantage of the lower class to make a buck!
Pros: the only pro is I had great nieghbors
