Review content:
While I've always been a fan of Pollo's food, the service is very bad. My two bad experiences came at the Pollo on US-1 south of 17th in Fort Lauderdale, and the Pollo on Sheridan Street in Hollywood. After ordering at the Pollo on 17th in the drivethru, the woman very rudely asked me ""Do you need something?"" while waiting for my change. Granted it was just a few cents, you just don't give a customer an attitude for no reason. I was very nice to her. She then said ""I don't have time for this, I have to go all the way up front now"". I don't know what is going on with this company, but it is far from an isolated incident. There are too many choices of restaurants to have to put up with this.
Pros: good food
Cons: EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE
