We've eaten Ethiopian food in Addis, Auxum, and other places in Ethiopia and have eaten at every Ethiopian rstaurant in Denver/Aurora save for two that we will eventually get to. We keep coming back to Queen of Sheba. It's about as authentic as you can get and Zewditu has the best injera. Service is excellent, the prices are way reasonable, and the atmosphere is enough like being back there so if I just close my eyes, smell the aromas, and listen to the music and hubbub in the kitchen, I could almost.... Pros: Everything Cons: ???
