I got into an accident in november and i finally got my car back a week ago. I dropped my car off the first time they said it would take a week. It ended up being a week and a half. One piece still hadnt come in and offered to still get my special part in and do it. That was december they just put it on a week ago. Which I had to wait for because they sent the part back and reordered it and had to paint it which made me wait a week longer. Then when they finally fixed the car never called me when it was done and 15 mins before close i called them. When i take it home my side mirror was cracked and he screamed in my face calling me obnoxious and rude when i was unhappy with a service. Claims that he was done with my car after 45 and couldnt understand why I wouldnt pick it up when they first told me 15 mins, then an hour than plus. Awful service, this guy should not be allowed to talk to customers when hes the one messing things up. I advice everyone to never go here. Youll get screwed over.
