awful... i brought my car there for front bumper damage, and it took them a week to complete. bumper looked great and my fenders were aligned after i had to call them and tell them about it... i picked car up today and what do i see? a big spot on my driver door where they used touch up paint to keep it from rusting. they said there was a rust spot there and i brought the car to them like that. unfortunately for them i have a photo of my car the night i dropped it off to them and i dont see a single spot of rust or paint missing. bottom line is, theyre sketchy, and a bunch of liars. they get a lot of business because of geico. so STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... Harbor Collision in St James and Bobbys Auto Collision, are by far the best body shops around my area. if u want top quality work, u have to pay for it, and always ask about warranty on the work, and always take pictures of every angle of your car before you leave it at a body shop. every digital photo has a time stamp of the picture, so save them.. more

Best body shop in town. I've used Sal's, Schubert's, and Performance auto for various repairs to my family's auto's in the past. Sal's didn't do half of the work he got paid to do by the insurance company, he glued my Mercedes headlight together and put $1000 in his pocket, god knows what else he didn't do. Schubert's didn't want to reprint my daughters bumper after they chipped it ( he would only touch it up) and the paint had excessive dirt in it. Performance put my daughters Nissan together and didn't tighten the bolts in the suspension, if I didn't notice a problem when pulling her car into the street then she probably would've either crashed or broke down and could've gotten seriously hurt! I would never go back there again!!!\r When i had to have my Maserati repaired, I didn't know what to do. After speaking with dome friends, I chose to try Bi-county and it has been a pleasure. Family run and it shows. They polished some scratches out at no extra charge. I had some suspension damage and the car drives perfect. You can't even tell that there was a repair performed on my Maserati. The staff was excellent and kept me updated throughout the process, which was also lacking at other shops. I have found my shop and you should give them a chance, you won't be disappointed.\r \r more

I got into an accident in november and i finally got my car back a week ago. I dropped my car off the first time they said it would take a week. It ended up being a week and a half. One piece still hadnt come in and offered to still get my special part in and do it. That was december they just put it on a week ago. Which I had to wait for because they sent the part back and reordered it and had to paint it which made me wait a week longer. Then when they finally fixed the car never called me when it was done and 15 mins before close i called them. When i take it home my side mirror was cracked and he screamed in my face calling me obnoxious and rude when i was unhappy with a service. Claims that he was done with my car after 45 and couldnt understand why I wouldnt pick it up when they first told me 15 mins, then an hour than plus. Awful service, this guy should not be allowed to talk to customers when hes the one messing things up. I advice everyone to never go here. Youll get screwed over. more

After my 2nd accident I went to bi-county autobody shop and was treated with great customer service and help negotiating with the insurance company, This was the best experiance i have ever had at an auto repair facilty. Pros: wonderful office, TV, free coffee and bagels Cons: non more

DO NOT USE BI COUNTY AUTO BODY!! Not only did they no repair our car correctly (they used drywall screws and putty on a Mercedes) they caused more damage to the car and refused to fix it unless we went through our insurance company. They are crooks. more
