First, let me say that this is not a review of this company's work. This is a review of their customer service. Why am I not rating their work? Well, because they never actually did it! My roof started leaking just over 6 weeks ago, so I called an scheduled an estimate. 2 weeks later, after 2 weather-related estimate cancellations, they came out and inspected my attic and my roof, discovered the source of the problem, and promised to write up and mail the estimate, which we were to recieve within a week's time. \r
Well, one week passed, and then another 5 days, and without having received the estimate, I called to find out what was going on. At that time, they apologized for the delay and promised to have it out ""as soon as possible"" and that I would receive it within a week. \r
Well, another week passed, and then yet another. Finally, four weeks to the day of the initial visit and 6 weeks from the original date of the leak, I still hadn't received the estimate. I called again at 9 a.m., complained in a nice manner, asked for them to please fax it to me by the end of the business day, 5 p.m., that evening, and informed them that if I had not received it by the end of the day, I would assume that meant they had no interest in my business. They promised to do so and assured me that they did, in fact, want my business. Well, 5 p.m. came and went, and 2 additional business days have passed since, with no further communication from Impriano. I will be taking my business elsewhere as soon as possible. \r
So, in conclusion, if you have all the time in the world to get your roof repaired, feel free to go with Impriano. But, if your roof is leaking and your hoping that it won't continue to get worse, find someone else. There are plenty of companies out there that want your business and would be eager to help. Impriano just isn't one of them.
