I didn't know this dealer was around when I bought my 2009 travel trailer. I had an issue with it after the warranty ran out and needed a place to take it. They got me in within 2 days despite me telling them I had no plans for the unit and telling them it wasn't exactly a hurry. I expected a few weeks like other dealer's I've used untl I heard anything, but they actually called me the same day I had my appointment to let me know it was done! They even worked on my bath tub which I only added when I dropped my keys off. They gave me excellent service despite my not buying the unit there, which I now regret because I'm sure it would've been a great experience also. I will definitely go not hesitate to call ASAP if anything else goes wrong with my camper. Also - the price was probably less than half of what I expected. Can't say enough about them.
