I bought my Jayco here in 2006. They installed a hitch that hit the road every time I went over a bump. The bottom of the hitch was only a few inches from the road. It damaged my safety chains and links had to be replaced. It tore up my yard and driveway getting it in and out from where I park it. I complained and asked what could be done about it almost every time I took it in for service, and was told nothing could be done about it. Last week when I once again complained, a mechanic there said the incorrect hitch was installed. He said I had changed vehicles since the installation, but I have the same tow vehicle I always had. They wanted me to pay over $80 + labor to install the correct one. They finally agreed to not charge me, but everyone was extremely rude to me when I picked up my camper, even the usually nice lady in the store. I'm a nearly 60 year old woman, and I had my 80 year old Mom along. I had issues hitching up my camper, Service would not come out to help us.
