I purchased furniture about 2000 dollars from factory direct last weekend. They were suppose to deliver the furniture on the following saturday, I was told that someone would call me from 8-11am to tell me my delivery time. About 12:45 i called because i had heard nothing. No one seemed to no what was going on.. the rest of the story is pretty much repetive i called they lied. So finally at 10:45pm i was told to call the delivery guy my self becuase the store was closing and he wouldnt answer his phone. So Sunday i asked to have my delivery fee taken off and you would have thought that i asked for my furniture for free. I returned the furniture, never made it to my house and will never buy from there again.
Pros: Tyson the salesman was very nice
