I went to this store after having bad issues with Evan's Rooms Today. The salesperson was great, not clingy. He was helping 3 different sets of customers and you never felt that he was putting you off to try making a bigger sale. A year later, I couldn't find my reciept and I called them and they were very helpful and treated me as if I was still coming in to make a purchase. Very very courteous. Now having problem with furniture Wanda told me I have to bring it up there or pay them $30 for them to pick it up and then pay to have it redelivered. Also, told me that I may be without a sofa and loveseat for up to 6 weeks. This is all I have to sit on in my house. Guess the floor for us. Shop at Bob Mills, I heard they take care over the customers.
Pros: Great Customer service to get you to buy the furniture
Cons: Extended Warranty SUCKS
