Review content:
The furniture we got is great! But the service is absolutely horrible!!! My delivery time was to be set for 2-4 then they called and moved it to 6-8. At 805 they weren't there so I called. The customer service rep I talked to said ""They are only 5 minutes late!!!"" Well, no, they were acually 6 hours and 5 minutes late. I then told her to get a hold of the delivery person and cancel.. At 9:40PM, the delivery guy called and said he was on his way. Then, on top of that we didn't get our bill and I callled and the customer service rep I talked to said that it wasn't her fault. My parents had the same issue with them. I will NEVER use them again!
