Review content:
I went to Wine Cellar because of the #1 Citysearch rating and thought it should be well worth the long drive for a try. Though the restaurant was above average, I was quite disappointed, because I was expecting something much better than the average to earn such a high rating. Its main dining area is in the basement. The deco and atmosphere was not so impressive. The taste and presentation of the food was not that great, either, in consideration of its above average price, although the service was ok. In any case, comparing with all other fine dining places that I have been to, I was totally not convinced that Wine Cellar should deserve the high rating that I saw at all.
