I walked into Centered City Yoga almost one year ago, and since that day my life has never been the same. I was able to find my true authentic self by engaging myself in phenomenal yoga practices, and also by graduating from the best yoga school in the world created by D'ana Baptiste. My life since then has been actively involved in promoting a studio that is so authentic and so incredibly welcoming. Its the type of studio you go into and you immediately feel at home. Everyone knows your name, and there is a strong sense of inclusion and community. I heard a comment today as I was in the studio, the person who came into the studio had not been in for awhile but her exact words were, ""this place is so authentic!"" Which is exactly what Centered City is all about. It really has helped me on so many levels, and I would travel from across the state to do yoga at CCY. There is nothing like it, and It is my pleasure to stand up for a studio that is so actively involved in not only building others and helping them realize their potential but also a studio that is involved in building the community and helping out with local causes. I love you Centered City, thank you D'ana for building such a strong foundation on 9th and 9th. I love it! and I am better because of your amazing studio and community. Centered City sets a standard for yoga for sure in SLC! Go check it out! You wont regret it.
