You are so right. The service is horrible. I put my car in after a car accident for two weeks and he never called me for an update. They would put me on hold for over 15 minutes so I end up hanging up each time. I asked him to call me after the insurance company did the inspection and gave him the check and he never did. Now I am on my 3rd week (which he guaranteed to be done by today) and now he pushed it for another week. The other day I drove pass the shop and my car was still in the same spot, not even touched! I am going to go to the shop tomorrow and if he still hadn't laid hands on them, I'll tow it to another shop. This is just ridiculous.
