Fast, friendly, affordable service 5/10/2012

I stopped in to get an estimate on repairing the front of my car and they were able to do it immediately and inexpensively. They also fixed a seat in my car that the dealer was going to charge over $350 for. I highly recommend them. more

Horrible, unreliable servie 11/19/2009

You are so right. The service is horrible. I put my car in after a car accident for two weeks and he never called me for an update. They would put me on hold for over 15 minutes so I end up hanging up each time. I asked him to call me after the insurance company did the inspection and gave him the check and he never did. Now I am on my 3rd week (which he guaranteed to be done by today) and now he pushed it for another week. The other day I drove pass the shop and my car was still in the same spot, not even touched! I am going to go to the shop tomorrow and if he still hadn't laid hands on them, I'll tow it to another shop. This is just ridiculous. more

Do NOT choose RIVER ROAD COLLISION!! 2/20/2009

This is my first ever review...I am very disgusted with the professionalism of this company. I have yet to rate the quality of their work because I am still waiting for my vehicle... My car has been at this shop for going on 2 months. I have been told the same thing for the last week and a half regarding completion. I was told it should be ready, I call everyday around noon and then I am told to call back in the afternoon. Then I am told it will not be ready. When I call and leave a message to get a return call, I don't receive it...Not having my car and getting the run around daily is making this experience terrible..I would only recommend River Road Collision to an enemy. more
