So I called today to order a gift card for my wife, the rep was condescending and very obnoxious. When I asked about the prices it was like pulling teeth, then even after the bad service from the rep I was still going to order the gift card, I asked for them to send it in a plain envelope and the rep said ""I can't do that, all of our envelopes have our logo on them"". Seriously, someone is going to drop $200 and you can't find a plain envelope to mail a gift card in? Your company is terrible, take your high prices and stuck up attitude and go out of business, you DESERVE IT!
