well to all that are having trouble with wny prop.. As a recent contractor for wny property.... All i want to say is some of you people r just looking for an excuse and the rest.. CALL YOUR LOCAL INSPECTOR to come and see the house. Thats the only way u will get thru to them.....Yes they do ignore calls they do not fix homes on a timley basis, they dont even pay their contractor without giving them a hard time.. I ended up eating cost on fixing tenants homes...Jim is still new to company 18 months in and still has no idea whats going on and KATHY well we all have the same feeling about her.. But pay jim well with his hummer scum bags Like i told everyone when i came to their homes call the inspector GOOD LUCK TO ALL Matt a recent contractor who worked with wny prop
