I took my toy poodle to a bunch of different groomers. One in particular, was always scolding me for allowing my dog to be matted, plus she never cut my dog that way I asked. She just did whatever she felt like. Needless to say I didn't stick with that one. I tried several other places before I tried Pawfessional. After the first visit I knew I found the right groomer. She actually listened to what I wanted. I also discussed with her how hard it was to take care of my dogs fur on my own, she told me that was the nature of the poodle and not to worry about it. My dog now goes faithfully to Pawfessional and I am always pleased with how he looks when I pick him up. Also, I love how my dog is always greeted when I bring him in, he's treated like the respectable customer he is. You can tell that everyone cares about animals and what they are doing.
