Chef Troy and his entourage put on a most memorable show for my birthday. Walked into the restaurant and were seated promptly. There was a birthday card signed by all of the staff...nice touch. We feasted upon some of the most wonderful. comforting, inventive dishes. We had a glorius mouthful of practically everything on the menu, from incredible tapas, chicken soup is to die for! Family style is the way to go if you have a crowd! Try as many different things as you can when you dine here. Each bite is truly amazing. I could go on and on about the food, but the restaurant itself is stunning in it's design as well. Too cool. Well done Nine75! Bravo! I'll be back. Great bar and barstaff. Mmmm. Mojitos! ~(8^(|)
