My wife and I have been to the VUE three times and each time have felt this is the BEST restaurant either of us have ever visited. As background I have traveled for work and eaten in some good restaurants across the US, in Rome, Buenos Ares, Tokyo and Sao Paulo and while I have had some meals I thought were great the Vue put them all is second place.\r \r Trip one. We had three bottles of Chateau Rothschild and felt we needed a great paring. Contacted Vue and worked with both their chief and sommelier to create a custom menu for our party of 10. With that many we also needed a couple bottles from the Vue's wine list to start and finish the meal. Everyone said that they thoroughly enjoyed every paring.\r Trip two Just the wife and I this time for Dec 31 meal. This time we ordered from the menu. Calamari is to die for. Caesar salad was a good opening for my Atlantic Salmon with Roasted Tomato Risotto and her Black Pearl Frenched Pork Chop. We shared a Lemon Verbina Creme Brulee. This time the wine steward made a nice suggestion of Red Truck Pino Noir that we both liked.\r Trip three Valentines day. Had to have the Claamari again. I had the Garganelli Pasta with House Smoked Chicken and she had Caramelized Sea Scallops. No desert this time but we again tried a new wine suggestion, Far Niente Cabernet. We selected the Warm Bread pudding for desert.\r Would like to visit more often but Hudson is a bit of a drive for us and we feel we would be spoiled for eating out anywhere else so will probably limit ourselves to four or five times a year.\r \r Service is friendly and attentive but not intrusive. Pros: Food taste, wine offerings Cons: hard to find any cons
