Review content:
My husband and I went to Gustav's last week. I had gone to one in Tampa, Florida, off of Dale Mabry Highway, and it was wonderful, so I was hopeful that I'd have the same type of experience here. I was not disappointed. The food was great. My husband loved his halibut fish with rice and asparagus. I tried it, and I told him that the rice was really flavorful, and better than any ""bedding"" of rice I'd ever had before. The manager came by and my husband told him that it was the best dinner that he's eaten recently. We ordered the sampler plate, and the chicken schnitzel was wonderful! It was thin cut and had a crispy covering. I really liked the flavor of it. The cheese fondue dip was good, too. They had a wide variety of German food to choose from, and I wish I could have tried it all. I will just have to go back again soon! Pros: Great German Food. Cons: Annoying middle post at table.
