I've been going to Barry's Bootcamp in West Hollywood for almost three years now. Each and every class is consistently a sweat-inducing, muscle-toning, endurance-challenging workout.
After taking classes at Barry's, a solo trip to a regular gym leaves you feeling like you've accomplished nothing. The hour-long combination of cardio and lifting is the most efficient way to keep your body in check no matter what your level of experience. Because of Barry's, I've managed to tone my entire body and keep it toned for the better part of the last three years.
