Review content:
Like many other new restaurants my family and I visit, we saw Evergreen on City Search. This restaurant needs to get a clue and a visit from the health dept. True enough we also visited slightly after diner hour....but why serve your customers food that has been on the buffet for what looks like 2 hours? There was cold fish, greasy egg rolls, tough lobster tails, you had to fight to get a crab leg and worst of all... NO PRIME RIB as they so proudly advertise. The staff was annoying, taking up our plates while we were still eating from them. At the end of our dining experience, I found myself not wanting to pay the tab because it truely wasn't worth the money. FIND ANOTHER CHINESE BUFFET.. FOR YOUR OWN SAKE.
