I have lived in these apartments for 1.5 years and I agree with all of the negatives. Be prepared to bring your wallet and if some showers at 4am be prepared to be awake. My job sends me out of town alot and this complex does not take debit/credit cards which to me is unheard of. I was sent out of town on business on month when my rent was due I called them and asked them to please take my debit card for the rent so I wouldn't be charged late fees she told me just mail us the rent if it is postmarked by the 4th then we won't charge you a late fee. I mailed the rent and about a week later when my check still hadnt cleared the bank they charged me about $150 in late fees I couldnt believe it and now I have new neighbors next door and one of them gets up and showers about 4am every morning. I am sure to go to work. I have tried everything from closing my bathroom door to tacking a quilt on the wall to calm the noise to no avail. I would love to leave but my lease wont be up for 5 more months. Oh well.
