I lived at these apartments for only one lease term and even moved out before my lease was over to move into a new apt.--of course, my rent was paid in full. I didn't care if I lost money just to get out of this place. The walls are very, very paper thin, the floors creak really bad and are not level, and to top it all off, you don't have the friendliest neighbors. The walls are so thin that you can hear people talking through them and if someone takes a shower or even worse takes a bath (just running the faucet portion), the water literally screams into your apt. and you can't even hear to talk on the phone. I would highly not recommend living here.
Cons: Thin, thin walls, creaky floors, unfriendly neighbors
