Review content:
We had stayed in Center Oaks for about 9 months. We had signed a lease for 6 months. As per the terms we had to give them 1 month notice. The lease expired and then we were on month to month. No one from the staff informed us that we had to sign a new lease. Net net when we vacanted they took 2 months rent as per the lease breakage (owing to the first lease agreement) even though we were at month to month ! \r
When we said , we shall sign a new lease now(4th day of the month) so that we pay for 1 month breakage,the staff said the lease sign happens only on 1st day of the month ! I guess they dont entertain renters who come mid month then. Anyways there was so such clause as far as we knew but since we were leaving the country could not do much and paid them $900 extra .\r
I shall never live in the apartment complex ! It was the worst experience I had during my tenure at US. Apartments at SFO ,Pleasanton ,Irving were far far accomodating.\r
Please be careful since the staff are not communicative .
Pros: Location,very near to airport and AA office
