This is the worst place for an eye exam! \r \r I was a new patient to the practice and scheduled my appointment for contacts and glasses. I waited in the tiny waiting area for 45 min before being seen by a tech then waited a few more min before being seen by the resident dr. He did everything and Dr. Wrigley came in for the last 5 min to review his work and did a quick assessment on me. And when I asked what my new vision prescription was, they asked me to call in with my old prescription?s numbers so they could compare?that didn?t sound right b/c it sounded like they were either unsure or just plain cheating! (the nerve of asking for someone else? work!) Isn?t that what I paid them to do? And what irritates me more is the fact that a resident dr did most of the work and I specifically asked if I was being seen by her when I booked the appointment and the desk clerk said ""yes""...well I guess I can't fault her too much b/c she did ""see"" me...if you want to count the 5 min she was in the room with me. Then I was told I could pick out some frames and the selection was ok, but nothing to boast about. Overall, I think I spent over 2 hours for the appointment and most of it was wasted sitting around waiting.\r \r What was more disappointing was 1.5 week later my glasses were ready and my trial pair of contacts came in so I scheduled another appointment to have them checked out and I had an appointment for 11pm?I didn?t leave the office until 1pm?disgusting. And the sad thing is, my vision is sharper with my old glasses prescription than with the new one!\r \r Long story short, I was very disappointed in the service and I?ve gotten better service at my other dr office and it?s a shame my new job?s insurance is not accepted there. I would not recommend this site. What a waste of my time and money!\r \r I know some may think I'm being a bit harsh, but I wish this review was available for me to see before I went there so I could find another provider. Cons: long wait, poor quality of work
