Maybe I just went on a good day, but I didn't have a hard time like everyone else that has reviewed thus far. I didn't have to wait long to see Dr. Gipson, and the girl up front was very conversational and pleasant during the short wait. She sounded like she'd been there a while, the way she referred to how friendly some of their regular customers are. The doctor himself was in good humor, was professional, and though the equipment is a bit primitive, it was cleaned and accurate. After the exam, there was one family in the front area that was picking up contacts, so I had to wait for a maximum of 10 minutes before the girl up front was able to show me frame choices. Also, I witnessed Dr. Gipson answering the family's questions about the contacts very kindly, not condescendingly as he's been described. He made sure that the family was informed before they left the store. \r The products are not ""over priced"" either; they are sold at retail price. I was personally intent on buying Chanel and the girl knew this, but she showed me several less expensive frames before I made my final choice. She explained to me what my insurance covered and my glasses were ordered with the correct prescription within two weeks after my appointment, as promised. And lastly, they have a very convenient location - which seems to be the only synonymous pro on here.
