My dog got loose 1 evening. I called every where and because my Patches was chipped. I received a prompt phone call from 1 of the gentlemen whom are employed at Triangle Pet. Very courteous and it uplifted the thought that something bad had happened to my puppy Thanks guys.
Pros: very helpful , timely response
Cons: The location is very hard to find if your not familiar
