Going to this company was the worst decision I made though my whole move! I used this company to find a rental in Boca. My agent was Les Redan. \r

I sat with Les for a little over an hour on Friday detailing what I was interested in seeing (fyi: the previous post was correct ... what they advertise they can't offer you! He told me the 5 places I viewed online were all already rented - ALL 5!). My only requirement was that I have two dogs so they MUST allow dogs (obviously). I spent an entire Saturday with Les looking at houses. He was very unorganized and got lost looking for just about every house. We spent more time in the car than actually looking at houses. Many of the places he took me to, he would call the agent while we were in the driveway! Most times we were not even allowed inside. I would have expected him to pre-arrange our visit. Of the houses he could actually get me in to see, there were 3 I was willing to put an offer on. Each time, he would pull the listing from the folder he had with him and every time it clearly said ""no dogs"". Why was he wasting my time showing me places I couldn't have?!? \r

He FINALLY found a place that I liked and allowed dogs (I believe by sheer luck on his part). I put an offer in and after that point he became VERY pushy! He wanted to close and close NOW. The current tentents were still living there so I was not rushing. I wanted to be sure I got a good deal. He called 4-5 times everyday and was very rude asking me what was taking me so long and what my problem was ... etc. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! As a realtor, isn't he suppose to be working for me? I still think I did not get a good deal on the house, I doubt he even sent my counter offers in.\r

Now I've been in my new place about a month and I found out the house is in foreclosure. My lawyer tells me agents are REQUIRED to reveal this to you. If my place actually forecloses and I'm forced to move, I will be sueing. \r

Les Redan is a total joke of a realtor. STAY AWAY!!!\r
