These guys are ridiculous. I dealt wit a guy called Mike. Basically I went in and gave them all my info which was standard. I told them what I was looking for which was a bottom floor, as I have a pregnant wife and a 2 year old son. I told him I needed a washer an dryer, safe neighborhood...and then the million dollar question. ""what is the maximum you want to pay"" which i told him $1100 for a 2 bed 1 bath...so he starts looking through his system and bringing up place for 100-200 over my price range. I told him there was no point in looking at these places as I clearly stated my MAXIMUM. He then said he had a great place in mind, I asked what it was called and as he was on the phone to them, I googled it. 0% good reviews, all the people claiming it was a drug infested place and everyone basically said DO NOT MOVE HERE. So he gets off the phone saying ""well lets go look at this place, it's only $50 over your price range..but it's on the 2nd floor"". so I was like ""whats the point I need a bottom floor"". He continued to look and kept saying ""I think this is in your price range"" and when I said ""why don't you call"" he says ""well we'll just go and have a look at the place""...So I go along to this place and guess what...it is 150 over my price range. I was so p!ssed off. I guess he wanted to show me a nicer place so then I would up my rent - so maybe his commission was better? either that, or he wanted to rub my face in the places I couldn't afford. Oh and I forgot to say. As we were waiting to be seen by the complex manager to ask about prices etc he says ""how old is your son""...""2"" I replied...he then goes ""just say he's 3 months, people think little kids are loud and don't want to rent to them"" Another thing, he only looked in Boca although I work In Coral Springs...he said ""Coral springs is out of your price range""...REALLY? Because Boca is definitely more expensive. I should of got the hint when I originally called and spoke to a woman called Bonnie...she was very abrupt on the phone, saying ""well I can't give you too much info right now, so why don't you come in""..she interupted me twice on the phone saying ""listen...then blah blah blah""...not very professional. Oh and as for places on their website or craiglist HAHA they're all ""NOW RENTED""...This Mike guy didn't even know his own website address, I had to tell him to google it and then he didn't know how to use the search thing so I had to. Then when I showed him the property, he said (you guessed it) ""that's now rented"". This is actually my first ever review which I have written, but I felt it was necessary. Just keep looking yourself and you will find something. I used apartmentratings and looked at all the reviews of places then called to see what specials they had going on. We found a lovely place 5 mins from work in Coral springs, bottom floor, washer dryer and in a safe neighborhood and all for $1050...100% reviews on apartment ratings! Good luck! more

Going to this company was the worst decision I made though my whole move! I used this company to find a rental in Boca. My agent was Les Redan. \r \r I sat with Les for a little over an hour on Friday detailing what I was interested in seeing (fyi: the previous post was correct ... what they advertise they can't offer you! He told me the 5 places I viewed online were all already rented - ALL 5!). My only requirement was that I have two dogs so they MUST allow dogs (obviously). I spent an entire Saturday with Les looking at houses. He was very unorganized and got lost looking for just about every house. We spent more time in the car than actually looking at houses. Many of the places he took me to, he would call the agent while we were in the driveway! Most times we were not even allowed inside. I would have expected him to pre-arrange our visit. Of the houses he could actually get me in to see, there were 3 I was willing to put an offer on. Each time, he would pull the listing from the folder he had with him and every time it clearly said ""no dogs"". Why was he wasting my time showing me places I couldn't have?!? \r \r He FINALLY found a place that I liked and allowed dogs (I believe by sheer luck on his part). I put an offer in and after that point he became VERY pushy! He wanted to close and close NOW. The current tentents were still living there so I was not rushing. I wanted to be sure I got a good deal. He called 4-5 times everyday and was very rude asking me what was taking me so long and what my problem was ... etc. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! As a realtor, isn't he suppose to be working for me? I still think I did not get a good deal on the house, I doubt he even sent my counter offers in.\r \r Now I've been in my new place about a month and I found out the house is in foreclosure. My lawyer tells me agents are REQUIRED to reveal this to you. If my place actually forecloses and I'm forced to move, I will be sueing. \r \r Les Redan is a total joke of a realtor.
