The service at this place reminds me of the way things used to be at the Department of Motor Vehicles. Don't expect your prescriptions to be faxed in anytime soon after your pleasant visit, most likely you'll have to call back and remind them.(second time this has happened in two days) Prepare for an attitude, incompetence, or both on the other end of the line.\r

On a positive note there wasn't much of a wait in the office this time. I guess people are wising up and taking their children elsewhere.
