I am sorry for what you are complaining about, and I certainly never left the pet cages dirty. I hope you understand that dogs do use the restroom in those cages. It is also quite a small store, I don't really understand where you expect the smell to go. The prices are very reasonable for almost everything except small items in which larger stores may sell much more of. Not every body can know every thing there is to know, so please do not expect a super human to work at every pet store, especially a mom and pop store. As far as diseases and medical problems, they may occur with any pet. Whether it be from The Zoo or Pets mart. As far as puppy mills, I don't really have anything to say on that because I don't believe the person that posted the comment. I have done research and have found little about it. Most people state that once they received their dog they ""believe it came from a puppy mill"" which doesn't exactly make it fact. Besides, who else would you get your pets from? I trust the certified breeders far more than non certified breeders. But that's just me. I love The Zoo Pet Store and the employees and family. Bye.
