Very Inconsistent Service. Here are a list of the issues I have had with Sunrise Pest Management:
1) After 5 months of service, I still have ants
2) Have to book at least a week out. I had an explosion of ants after a couple treatments, and they couldn't come deal with until the next week.
3) Show up without calling or confirming appt, do part of the job on the outside of the house but nothing inside, but bill you full price
4) Billing issues; they didn't bill my credit card which was on their file as they'd billed it for prior service, but sent me a late payment notice.
5) Don't return calls when you leave a message.
