I'm a student at Harvard Business School and I needed an update to my wardrobe to get ready for my summer internship. I took four pairs of pants to Jack's to get the pants hemmed and the waist taken in. A week later (pretty good turn-around), I went in to pick them up and Jack suggested I try the pants on. He knew he had done a great job, but he wanted to make sure I was happy. I tried them on, and three out of four were absolutely perfect. The fourth pair was a bit too long, but without any questions asked, Jack re-hemmed them for me on the spot, saving me from a second trip to Porter Square. \r

I've been to several tailors, and this has been my most positive experience by far. Jack is a very sincere, kind person who has been in business for twenty years. He does all of his own tailoring and does a fantastic job. And while he takes a lot of pride in his work, he is completely willing to redo any tailoring that doesn?t fit your spec. The 73 positive reviews on this website are a testament to his excellence. I couldn't recommend him more strongly.\r
