Review content:
First off, Jack is a very friendly guy and is all about business. I asked him for the unusual request of adding a drawstring to the waist of a jacket that did not have one. A few days later, I return to the store to find exactly what I wanted. It seems there is no task hard enough for Jack to find a way to achieve it. Great customer service, highly recommended.
