AVOID GUYS!! Save the effort and money. I took my DKNY trousers for alteration. I was charged a total of $51 = $18 (for pulling in the waist) + $18 (for pulling the seat in) + $15 (for hemming the pants). I know this is expensive, but I thought I was paying for the best (felt justified after looking at some of the reviews here).\r \r I go back and the waist didnot fit. I explained this to Jack. Instead of trying to redo the pants; he starts justifying and says the pants fit me just fine. I try explaining to hin that the waist is still 2 inches too loose and that the pants will fall off without a belt. Jack start suggesting that I should use a belt and that will fix it.\r \r I paid $51 and have to get the pants reworked else where. Horrible service, just take your dresses to your dry cleaners..I am sure they are cheaper 'n do a much better job.\r \r \r \r Cons: Horrible service, very expensive, bad job
