Review content:
We decided to try Piccini's while down in OC for the day because my sister always orders their crab pizza for takeout. When we pulled up in the lot it was absolutely empty at 3:30 in the afternoon. We thought the place was closed. As we entered the restaurant we seen obnoxious signs posted everywhere that no credit or debit cards are taken. We almost left but realized we had some cash so decided to stay. The girl with short blond hair behind the counter was miserable and snobby. She had the biggest puss on her face and didn't make you feel welcome at all. We decided to order a cheese pizza for us and the kids and my husband ordered a chicken cheesesteak. Our waitress with red curly hair was friendlier than the other girl but she never asked for refills on our drinks or checked on to see how our food was. The food took forever even though noone else was there dining and I counted at least 5 to 6 people working in the kitchen. The food was okay but I definetly would not return here just for the lack of customer service.
