Review content:
One positive thing to my experience with American Stationery is their customer service, which I found very responsive. I got a live agent on the line almost immediately, and after emailing a scan of my stationery with my concerns she responded back that very night.\r \r The big problem is the product. As I mentioned to the customer service representative, the ink on the stationery we ordered - a standard navy color in ""Walters Block"" font - was very poor quality (i.e., was not solidly printed), and two of the letters ran right into each other. \r \r After reviewing the scan of the text, the customer service team ultimately responded that the image presented online looked just like that printed on my stationery. \r \r However, this has been highly disputed by various people who reviewed both, who concurred that the text presented online was much more crisp and properly spaced than what was actually printed.\r \r In short, as the customer service team pointed out, I did agree to the image online and am responsible for the purchase. However, what they did not take into account was the low quality of the ink/printing of the stationery that was sent (a vast difference than the crisp image as presented online), which was a great disappointment.
