My wife and I wanted to move closer to our oldest son and his family in the Austin area. Having lived in California for most of our adult lives, we really thought that it would be very difficult to find a good Realtor, find a nice home and finally pack up 25 years of memories and belongings in California and make the move to Texas. Our son was very diligent about researching agents and found that Romeo's excellent reviews made him stand out from the rest. When we finally flew into Austin to search for a home, we felt like we already knew Romeo because of all of the numerous phone conversations and emails that we had exchanged over the preceeding weeks. Throughout the process, Romeo really listened to our needs, concerns and wants in a home. After viewing only 2 homes that Romeo had selected for us, we knew we were in good hands. Needless to say, he showed us a home that we absolutely loved and worked hard to negotiate down the price even below what we were willing to pay! I would absolutely recommend Romeo to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home, especially to those that are relocating to the Austin area!
