Romeo kept me from making probably the biggest mistake of my life! I'm a very spontaneous person and when I walked into the model home of a new subdivision I was so overwhelmed that I almost committed to purchasing a home without doing my homework about the area. Shortly after our oldest daughter moved out to go to college, my wife and I decided to sell our home of 20 years and make the move to the Zilker Park area in Austin. I did my research and found that Romeo had excellent reviews but I'm not easily convinced. After having met Romeo in person, I was convinced that the was the right Realtor for the job. His staging knowledge really came in handy when doing some light renovations to our home before putting it on the market. Truth be told, the $5,000 that we put into renovations probably gave us a return of $20,000 when our home finally sold. I was willing to sell it ""as is"", but Romeo really showed us that with a minmal investement, not only would our house sell faster, but at a much higher amount. Recently, my sister and brother in law decided to move to the Austin area from Phoenix Arizon. My wife and I wanted to move closer to our oldest son and his family in the Austin area. In this market, you need realtors with determination, experience and guts.\r \r This realtor showed none of those qualities.\r He has a very nice personality. Being from out of town and needing to locate a realtor who would help us in locating a home that would meet our unique needs first appeared to be a daunting task. However, that was not to be the case as we were fortunate to find a 5 star realtor representative on Citysearch. Romeo Manzanilla proved to be more than we could ever expect in helping us to locate our ideal home in the Austin metropolitan area. Romeo proved to be professional and patient in working with us to locate a home to meet our particular needs. \r He was always prompt and focused when he took us to see many different homes in an effort to find just what we were looking for in a home.
