I cannot state this clearly enough. This owner has shown zero integrity, and when you call him on his lies, he will rip your head off. I bought a washer from them last month, and paid $50 to get the agitator taken out because I was told I would be able to fit more clothes, it would be better on my clothes, and that they would still get just as clean (come to find out, that's not true). Upon arrival, the agitator was still in there. The delivery man apologized that it hadn't been done, and told me they would come out and take care of it. It never happened, so I called to get reimbursed the $50. He argued with me for 30 minutes, and contradicted himself four different times. When I told him he wasn't being honest, and explained EXACTLY why (not just that they didn't take the agitator out, but several ways he had contradicted himself on that very phone call), he flew off the handle, yelled at me for a few minutes, and then ended the call with, ""If you ever need anything, DON'T CALL ME!"" So think carefully before ever stepping foot inside this store. You might get lucky, but chances are you won't. (Update: my husband ended up calling him to nicely tell him he didn't appreciate him yelling at his wife, and the owner said, and I quote, ""Well, when someone upsets me, all customer service goes out the window!"" Haha. I think that says it all. This place is a joke.)
