This place is completely backwards. I bought a washer/dryer combo in October of 2011. Every month since, the heating element has gone out in the dryer (still spins, just no heat). They asked me if my dryer vent was clean. I didn't know, so I paid $100 to have it cleaned. Guess what, it fixed nothing. They have come out to fix it every month for six months straight now. I finally asked them to replace it as it is clearly a lemon. They told me I should have my dryer vent cleaned. I informed them that it was clean (I checked it, spotless). She said I would have to pay for the parts since my 6 month warranty was up (what happened to 13 months?). The lady then did the most amazing thing, she says,""stop yelling at me, I can't talk to you anymore."" Then hangs up on me. \r \r These people are the cheapest, but it will backfire on you. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. The positive reviews are the people that got lucky and had no problems. If you have problems, they are terrible!!!!\r \r I am just going to junk their dryer and buy one from a company that has a good yelp reputation..... \r more

I cannot state this clearly enough. This owner has shown zero integrity, and when you call him on his lies, he will rip your head off. I bought a washer from them last month, and paid $50 to get the agitator taken out because I was told I would be able to fit more clothes, it would be better on my clothes, and that they would still get just as clean (come to find out, that's not true). Upon arrival, the agitator was still in there. The delivery man apologized that it hadn't been done, and told me they would come out and take care of it. It never happened, so I called to get reimbursed the $50. He argued with me for 30 minutes, and contradicted himself four different times. When I told him he wasn't being honest, and explained EXACTLY why (not just that they didn't take the agitator out, but several ways he had contradicted himself on that very phone call), he flew off the handle, yelled at me for a few minutes, and then ended the call with, ""If you ever need anything, DON'T CALL ME!"" So think carefully before ever stepping foot inside this store. You might get lucky, but chances are you won't. (Update: my husband ended up calling him to nicely tell him he didn't appreciate him yelling at his wife, and the owner said, and I quote, ""Well, when someone upsets me, all customer service goes out the window!"" Haha. I think that says it all. This place is a joke.) more

They are absolutely the WORST company I've ever come in contact with. Our icemaker NEVER worked and they came out 3 different times never fixed it. Kevin told me he ordered it twice and it would be in in 10 days and he'd call me...weeks later we called and he admitted that he never ordered it. Our washer was replaced with a much less expensive brand, then they brought our original one that we purchased from them back ""refurbished."" Well now it leaks detergant all over the floor - a problem it did not have before they ""fixed"" it. The worst part about the whole situation is I have taken off work probably 5 times to deal with their service, every time the problem isn't fixed they tell me they had hired a bad person that has since been let go. Kevin assured me that once he came out things would be all taken care of...well, he came out and we still have all the problems. I asked if I could set up service after 5PM since I can't take off work and they won't let me. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. Everything you buy from them HAS a problem or WILL have a problem and you won't be able to get it fixed. Please go out of business before other poor souls have to deal with a joke of a company! more

Affordable Appliances... yes they do indeed have affordable appliances; that doesn't mean that they actually work. I had a washer/dryer set delivered to me. First of all, they were over two hours late.. I had taken an early lunch from work in order to meet them. It was a waste of time, because the washer was completely rusted on the inside. I said ""no"" and asked them to take the set back. I called the horrible woman who answers the phones there, and she said she'd give me a ""better deal"". She took $50 off of the going rate, and said she'd have the perfect set for me the next day. I agreed to give it another try. They delivered them both the next day, and were punctual. They set them up, and now the washer fills up with water and will not drain. I've discovered that the timer is broken. Way to go affordable appliances.. you've totally lost my business and I hope to cause you to lose even more! more
