As long as I'm living in the Atlanta area, I plan on patronizing David Powell and his team. I first learned of Shepherd's Mechanical when he worked into one very hot summer evening fixing my mother's air conditioning system. He was honest about the estimate on a work order, when others were not. I was happy to see the relief in my mother when the job was completed without depleting her wallet. \r

Ever since I bought my own home, I've been using Shepherd's Mechanical and have had similar positive experiences with Anthony Powell, who never fails to come out (usually on the same day) to solve emergency dilemmas with my aging HVAC & water heater. I've learned a lot because they are very open about every aspect of the work they do. Shepherd's also has an affordable annual contract that will cover all regular maintenance & provide extreme discounts for emergencies. I can't say enough good things about them. It's easy to patronize trustworthy people! \r
