I booked for a 20X30 tent, 50 chairs, and a table for my father's funeral ceremony. First thing that came to my attention was the customer service. Joey who is there main guy booking reservations was very impatient with me and kept putting me on hold. I got bad vibes from speaking with him about the company. However they were the only ones able to meet my needs on short notice. So I apprehensively went with them. I confirm the reservation a day before the ceremony just to make sure and Joey told me everthing was taken care of. On the day of the funeral Jordan and his crew set up the tent and table but FORGOT THE CHAIRS!!! My family, friends and guest had to stand around waiting for them to return. We were on a tight time schedule and needed to start the ceremony on time. I decided to call the company and tell them not to come anymore because I didn't want them to interrupt the service. A woman answered and immediately got defensive and rude. Now bear in mind I know that if I am rude regardless whether I am right or wrong I can expect the same response. So I was very calm and collective about this because it was beyond my control. The woman was quick to tell me that the company had a ""no return policy"" and if I refused the chairs that I would not receive any refund even though they did not setup in time as promised. She said that she will call Jordan to see where he was at and call me right back but never did. Sure enough Jordan arrived with the chairs 4 minutes after the service started. My faimly and guests ended up helping set the chairs up interrupting my dad's funeral service.\r
Bottom line, I don't know how this company can stay in business for long. I would gladly pay more to avoid a company like Any Event Pary Rentals.
