Review content:
A good friend of ours who is a physician had referred me to them. Since I trust his judgement my husband and I decided to check out the place. From the time we waIked in their store the customer service was terrible! The owner and their staff are very rude! We didn't want to rent the items we had in mind although since the party was last minute and they were close to our place we decided to go on with the transaction. This facility is located in Elk Grove which is thesame city where I lived and when I called beforehand they said that delivery will be free. They were charging me a delivery fee which was only a 10 minute drive from their warehouse!\r

I had rented tables, chairs, and table umbrellas from them for the first time and they had delivered more items than what was on the contract. They had over charged me and wouldn't reimburse my money even though it was their own fault in the first place. Their own delivery guy even signed the contract stating it was an error in their side and that I should get a reimbursement. To this moment I never received my money back from them. I attempted to call many times and they gave me a hard time!!! ""DON'T GET FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE! THEY WILL JUST OVER CHARGE YOU AND GIVE YOU TERRIBLE SERVICE""!
